Our Mission
Emergency Resource Management provides a suite of EMS consultancy solutions and staffing services for healthcare agencies. We organize the many facets of EMS Operations as well as People Operations to make managing them a stress-free experience for our partners. Through consistent, comprehensive, and cooperative services we are able to help the communities in which we live.

Our Vision
ERM wants to not only continue to innovate within the EMS field by designing sustainable operations for public safety agencies, but also expand throughout multiple areas of the healthcare industry over the next three years. Many of our team members develop their knowledge and branch out into more advanced and diverse areas of healthcare. We want to continue to walk with them through their healthcare career journeys by providing a variety of healthcare related employment partnerships.
